Getting started with your Shape & Shine glass nail file is super simple but like most things needs just a little practice before you become a pro at using it!

To file and shape your nails:

1. Hold hand up with your nails and palm facing towards you

2. Grip the Shape & Shine glass nail file with opposite hand

3. Hold the file at a 90 degree angle against the edge of your nail

4. File gently in one direction repeatedly until you achieve your desired nail shape

To buff and polish your nails:

1. Hold hand up with your nails and palm facing towards you

2. Grip the Shape & Shine glass nail file with opposite hand

3. Hold the file flat against the surface of the nail

4. Very gently move the file in a back and forth motion (only go in one direction, don't move the file in opposite direction at same time)

5.Repeat until whole nail surface is polished

TIP: For a consistent look, polish the regrowth of the nail when noticeable.

To push your cuticles:

1. Hold hand up with your nails and palm facing towards you

2. Grip the Shape & Shine glass nail file with opposite hand

3. Hold the file flat over nail

4. Use the tip of the abrasive side to gently push back cuticles without touching the nail too much

5. Repeat until all fingers are done

6. Apply cuticle oil or hand cream to keep moisturised
